These terms explain how customers may use Luxnovate renovation planning tools, generated concepts, rough estimates, and quote request services.
Generated Concepts
Generated images are for planning, visualization, and inspiration only. They may not perfectly represent structural conditions, code requirements, available materials, dimensions, installation constraints, or final construction outcomes.
Rough Estimates
Rough estimates are planning ranges, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on site conditions, measurements, local labor rates, material availability, permits, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, and contractor review.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, photos, measurements, budget expectations, and any known property constraints.
Contractor and Installation Work
Any installation or construction work must be reviewed by qualified professionals. Luxnovate planning materials should not replace contractor judgment, permits, inspections, or local building code requirements.
Uploaded Content
Customers should upload only photos and materials they have the right to use. By uploading content, customers allow Luxnovate to use it for renovation planning, estimate preparation, and customer support.
No Professional Engineering or Permit Advice
Luxnovate does not provide architectural, structural engineering, legal, or permit approval services unless separately agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Luxnovate is not responsible for construction decisions made without professional review, unexpected site conditions, contractor performance, code issues, or material substitutions.
