Luxnovate provides renovation planning tools that help homeowners upload room photos, explore generated design concepts, compare materials, estimate rough project costs, and request detailed renovation quotes.
These terms explain how customers may use Luxnovate renovation planning tools, generated concepts, rough estimates, and quote request services.
Luxnovate provides renovation planning tools that help homeowners upload room photos, explore generated design concepts, compare materials, estimate rough project costs, and request detailed renovation quotes.
Generated images are for planning, visualization, and inspiration only. They may not perfectly represent structural conditions, code requirements, available materials, dimensions, installation constraints, or final construction outcomes.
Rough estimates are planning ranges, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on site conditions, measurements, local labor rates, material availability, permits, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, and contractor review.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, photos, measurements, budget expectations, and any known property constraints.
Any installation or construction work must be reviewed by qualified professionals. Luxnovate planning materials should not replace contractor judgment, permits, inspections, or local building code requirements.
Customers should upload only photos and materials they have the right to use. By uploading content, customers allow Luxnovate to use it for renovation planning, estimate preparation, and customer support.
Luxnovate does not provide architectural, structural engineering, legal, or permit approval services unless separately agreed in writing.
Luxnovate is not responsible for construction decisions made without professional review, unexpected site conditions, contractor performance, code issues, or material substitutions.
