What to Expect at Each Stage of Your Project
A practical walkthrough of how a Luxnovate project moves from your first photos to a detailed quotation and local installation.
Currently serving homeowners across New York.
The five stages
- 01
Share project details and room photos
Send clear photos of the space and tell us what you want to change. Any measurements or floor plans you already have help, but they are not required to start.
- 02
Define style, priorities, and material direction
Choose the look you want and the finish level that fits your budget, then flag what matters most — storage, lighting, layout, or a specific material.
- 03
Review the design concept and preliminary estimate
You get a renovation concept based on your own room plus a rough budget range built from room type, size, finish level, and scope.
- 04
Refine selections and confirm the project scope
Adjust fixtures, finishes, storage, lighting, or layout notes until the concept matches what you actually want to build, and settle the scope.
- 05
Request the detailed quotation and next steps
Send your brief with the concepts and selections you picked. Our team reviews it, prepares a detailed quotation, and coordinates local installation.
What to prepare
- Clear photos of the room, ideally from two or three angles
- Approximate dimensions, if you have them
- Inspiration references or a style you like
- Your top priorities for the space
- A budget range you are comfortable with
What the estimate is
Design concepts and preliminary estimates are planning tools. They help you compare directions and understand a likely budget range before committing. Final scope and pricing depend on your confirmed selections and on-site conditions, which our team reviews before issuing a detailed quotation.
