Question 1

Is the consultation and design really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your first consultation and design concept are free, with no cost and no obligation. You only move forward if you are happy with the concept and want a detailed quote.

Question 2

How accurate is the rough estimate?

Accepted Answer

The estimate is a planning range, not a final construction quote. It helps you understand the likely budget before we review measurements, materials, labor, and local project conditions.

Question 3

What photos should I upload?

Accepted Answer

Upload clear, well-lit photos from multiple corners of the room. If possible, include measurements, ceiling height, existing fixtures, and any areas you want to keep.

Question 4

Can I change the design after seeing the first concept?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The workflow is built for iteration. You can adjust style, materials, finish level, renovation scope, and custom requirements before requesting a detailed quote.

Question 5

Do you only provide concept images?

Accepted Answer

No. The goal is to turn visuals into a practical renovation brief, including design direction, material preferences, budget range, and scope notes for contractor conversations.

Question 10

Is the estimate based on my ZIP code?

Accepted Answer

Question 11

Can I use Luxnovate if I am still early in planning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The tool is designed for early planning. You can explore style, materials, scope, and rough pricing before committing to a contractor.

Question 12

Will the generated image match my exact room?

Accepted Answer

The concept uses your uploaded photo as a guide, but generated images are visual planning references. Final dimensions, construction details, and material availability must be reviewed before work begins.

Question 13

Can I adjust just one detail?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After generating a design, you can request changes to specific areas such as cabinets, flooring, wall color, countertops, lighting, tile, or fixtures.

Question 14

Do I need measurements?

Accepted Answer

Measurements help improve estimate quality, but you can start with photos and approximate room size.

Question 15

Is this a final contractor quote?

Accepted Answer

No. The estimate is a planning range. A detailed quote requires review of photos, measurements, location, materials, labor, and site conditions.

Question 16

Can Luxnovate help with material selection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Luxnovate can help compare standard, premium, and luxury material directions based on budget, durability, and design style.
